It's important which these quick fit fittings to not overtighten them as they are a polymer fitting so overtightening them with a spanner can cause them to crack. It is supplied with the standard components needed for a compression fitting: an olive, an insert, and a compression nut. For an extra cost, a quick-fit connector can be added. This connector screws onto the bottom of the faucet (using an O-ring for the seal, eliminating the need for plumbing tape) and allows the tubing to simply push into the fitting. A cautionary note is provided: when using the quick-fit connector, it is important not to overtighten the polymer fitting with a spanner, as this can cause it to crack; firm hand tightening or light use of a tool is sufficient.

Seamless Integration and Safety Note

This faucet provides a dedicated, warrantied (12 months) dispensing point for your filtered water. The description emphasizes the crucial regulatory standard that any water filter system under constant pressure must be fitted with an AS3497 approved pressure reducing valve and back-flow prevention device. It is also strongly recommended to install a leak detector shut off device with any pressurized water filter or RO system for enhanced safety.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0739/0291/5674/files/reverse-osmosis-water-filter-faucets-taps-ro-drinking-faucet-tap_1.jpg?v=1789511600
https://paisleyoutfitstore.shop/products/reverse-osmosis-water-filter-faucets-taps-ro-drinking-faucet-tap
